Description de la mission

We are recruiting a HR Manager for our company, based in Belgium.

The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and execution of talent acquisition and employee development strategies. This role requires a highly motivated professional who can lead recruitment efforts, while also driving learning initiatives across the organization. The candidate should possess a solid understanding of HR fundamentals, including basic knowledge of Hard HR practices such as compensation, benefits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, providing direction and support to ensure the successful implementation of HR initiatives.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, ensuring team members are engaged, motivated, and equipped with the skills needed to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Set clear objectives for the HR team, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to promote continuous growth and development.
Chair the Works Council and the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work.
Negotiate, draft and/or modify collective agreements.

Learning & Development (L&D):
Design and implement comprehensive Learning & Development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
Assess training needs through employee surveys, performance reviews, and consultations with managers.
Develop tailored training programs that enhance skills and knowledge across all levels.Oversee the onboarding process and create structured training paths for new hires.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure the continuous development of leadership, technical, and soft skills within their teams.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting content as necessary to meet organizational needs.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a strong employer brand.
Oversee the development of recruitment metrics and reporting to measure the success of recruitment efforts.

HR Admin:
Assist in the management of compensation, benefits, and payroll processes to ensure alignment with company policies and regulations.
Ensure HR reportings and procedures comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
Support the development and implementation of employee retention programs.
Provide advice to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

Profil

You want to join a leading company on the lingerie market.

You have a 2years experience as HR Manager in a Retail company where you mainly focused on HR Dev.
French and Dutch are mandatory.
